Lincoln Kennedy School Condos - Harvard Street
This former public school property is being renovated by a private developer who will convert it into 50 condos, including 8 affordable units. The units will be sold through a lottery system. Renovations on the property will only begin in Spring 2008, so it will be a year or two before the lottery will occur.
The City is always looking for new opportunities to help create affordable housing, so new projects may come up in the future.
