Firefighters Receive Promotions January 9, 2012
Three Medford firefighters were officially promoted in a special ceremony in Mayor Michael McGlynn’s office on Monday afternoon. Deputy Chief Fran Fusco, Captain Frank Giliberti III, and Lieutenant Todd Evans were all sworn into their new positions by City Clerk Ed Finn. Medford Fire Chief Frank Giliberti said he was proud of “each and every one of them” and “we’re getting our money’s worth with these three.” Mayor McGlynn praised them for doing a “tremendous job” and for risking their lives to keep citizens safe.
