MAYOR MICHAEL J. McGLYNN HEADS UP AID FOR HAITI!
Mayor Michael J. McGlynn has announced plans to assist the people devastated by the earthquake in Haiti. “During this awful time, we must come together to help the Haitian people. We are collecting the following items for the next (2) weeks to send to Haiti. It is my hope that all Medford residents will be able to contribute in some way to this most important cause”, said the Mayor.
FINANCIAL DONATIONS – are being accepted at Century Bank, 140 Ferry Street, Malden, 02148 --- checks should be made payable to the “Haitian Relief Fund”.
MEDFORD IS ALSO PROVIDING SERVICES TO HAITIAN FAMILIES WHO LIVE AND WORK IN OUR CITY AND IS SEEKING ASSISTANCE WITH FAMILY AND FRIENDS LIVING IN HAITI.

COUNSELING – Counseling services are being offered through the Medford Public Schools for any students that are in need. Interested parties should contact Mrs. Gwen Blackburn at pieback@aol.com.
